A young girl in Texas has just received the most amazing Christmas gift imaginable. Her brain tumor, once declared inoperable by doctors, has seemingly vanished.

The miracle is making headlines around the world. According to reports, the inoperable brain tumor of an 11-year-old girl has disappeared, and doctors say they don’t know why.

Roxli Doss was diagnosed with diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma this past summer. She has undergone weeks of treatment, including radiation. Doctors opened up on her diagnosis and revealed it is generally a terrible outlook for such tumors.

“It is very rare, but when we see it, it is a devastating disease,” Dr. Virginia Harrod of Dell Children’s Medical Center told the news outlet. “You have decreased ability to swallow, sometimes vision loss, decreased ability to talk, eventually difficulty with breathing.”

However, things are looking up for Roxli and her family. Her parents said they were praying for a miracle to occur and it seems their prayers have been answered. When doctors read her latest brain scans, the tumor was gone.

Roxli is still set to undergo treatments, such as immunotherapy, but is otherwise living a normal life. Join us in congratulating Roxli and wishing her a very merry Christmas!

Her mom said: “It’s kind of our family thing that God healed Roxli.”
