There could be massive adjustments on the horizon for the Minx journal workforce. An Us Weekly unique clip from the following episode reveals Doug (Jake Johnson) pulling out an engagement ring for Tina (Idara Victor).
Within the scene from episode 6 of Minx season 2, Doug barges into Joyce’s (Ophelia Lovibond) workplace — his former work house — and begins mocking her work to create a scholarship at Vassar. Joyce will get on her excessive horse and begins speaking about how she’s breaking boundaries for the younger girls who observe in her footsteps when Doug pulls out a hammer to interrupt into her wall.
Doug then explains he’s grabbing one thing he’d hidden behind the wall. “Please don’t be a homicide weapon,” Joyce says sarcastically.
“No, I put this right here for secure conserving,” he says, pulling out a dusty little blue field.
“Oh my God, you’re proposing to Tina?” Joyce gasps.

Doug explains that the “timing is true” for a proposal. “I can’t go to Europe with out that lady. There’s a time distinction, after which the price of worldwide calls is thru the roof,” he causes.
Viewers know that Doug’s love for Tina is about far more than his worry of overpriced cellphone payments. It doesn’t matter what publishing business struggles they face, the love they’ve for one another doesn’t change. “How closely do logistics characteristic on this proposal?” Joyce asks.
“Oh, don’t fear Joycie, this isn’t my first time across the marriage block,” Doug says. “It’s her mom’s massive retirement factor, so I’m simply gonna slide in there as we’re preparing and I’m gonna inform her that, um … I’m simply gonna inform her that she’s the primary individual I need to inform my information to, you understand? Good or dangerous,” Doug shares. “And that my life doesn’t make any sense with out her and after I met her every little thing simply sort of modified for me for the higher. , one thing like that.”
Listening to her crass enterprise companion be weak clearly stirs some emotions in Joyce. “I consider you two as solely current at work, however you’ve gotten this entire different life that’s simply stunning,” she coos.

“Jeez, Prigger, I by no means took you for a sap,” Doug says with a chuckle.
After all, now the query is will Tina settle for Doug’s proposal?
