On Wednesday, August 17, Metro Station’s 33-year-old singer took to Twitter to show his weight loss through two side-by sides images of his heavily-tatted abdomen.
“The picture on the left is what I looked like at the end of last year. I was mentally destroyed & it really affected my physical health. The pic on the right is me now,” Miley Cyrus’ brother captioned the split image. “Your mindset is everything. It can either be your greatest asset, or your worst enemy. F–k motivation. Stay dedicated!”

Trace has posted many gym selfies and motivational messages to keep his fans updated about his workout routine over the past year.
“Back fully focused on the gym. Going to really step it up over the next few months 💪🏼,” the “Shake It” singer captionedHe posted a shirtless Instagram boomerang on May 19. He continued the post the next day with an inspirational messageTo his followers. “Don’t let the weekend kill your goals,” Trace penned. “Stay focused 💯.”
In June, the musician stated that despite the summer heat, his goal was still to reach it. “Been doing a lot more cardio and I’m actually starting to enjoy it 😂,” he captioned the social media postThe photo featured him without a shirt.

Trace seems to be having a great year in 2022, as he is finishing up a new recording. After years of heartbreak, the artist released Killing The Pain, his solo EP. The Kentucky native broke off his engagement to ex-fiancée Taylor Lauren Sanders in 2020, and called it quits with ex-fiancée Brenda SongEight years earlier. Six years after their divorce, Trace released a single about his relationship to the woman in 2018. Suite Life of Zack and Cody alum, 34, simply titled, “Brenda.”
