For the 100th anniversary of the Armistice that ended World War I, President Trump and First Lady Melania visited Paris, France. On Sunday, the First Couple attended the “Centennial of the 1918 Armistice Day” ceremony.
After the ceremony, Melania attended a spousal lunch. She was with French President Emmanuel Macron’s wife, Brigitte Macron, as well as several other spouses of leaders around the world. They attended the Centenary of the WWI Armistice at the Arc de Triomphe.
First Lady Melania took to social media to talk about the special event.
She wrote, “A wonderful afternoon at Versailles yesterday with Mrs. Macron and many other spouses. After honoring the heroic actions taken during WWI, we gathered to reflect on our past & celebrate our future. #VeteransDay #Armistice100 #Paris.”
For the special day, First Lady Melania wore a gray Dior dress with a matching gray coat. She paired the look with black Manolo Blahnik stilettos.
The dress included a pleated skirt, a small belt at the waist, and an attached neck scarf.
