As the fall season rapidly approaches, students around the nation have either already started or are gearing up to head back to school. In anticipation for another school year, First Lady Melania Trump took to social media to encourage students around the country.
In May, First Lady Melania unveiled her new "Be Best" campaign.
Melania said that the Be Best campaign would "focus on some of the major issues facing children today, with the goal of encouraging children to BE BEST in their individual paths, while also teaching them the importance of social, emotional, and physical health."
On September 4, as many children had their first day back at school, First Lady Melania shared a simple but powerful charge to students everywhere. She took to Twitter on Tuesday morning to share her thoughts.
She wrote, "Students- as you head #BacktoSchool, think about what you wish to accomplish this year. You have so much power in your individual voices. Will you strive to #BeBest?"
