Meghan Markle Under Fire for Wardrobe Malfunction at Friend's Wedding

On Saturday, which also happened to be her 37th birthday, Meghan Markle had found herself the center of a minor controversy. While attending the wedding of a friend of Prince Harry, the Duchess of Sussex had a small wardrobe malfunction.

It's likely that hardly anyone at the wedding even noticed. While celebrating Charlie van Straubenzee to Daisy Jenks, the undone top button of her dress showed the top of Meghan's bra.

As she waved to the crowd, her color-block, pleated shirtdress from Club Monaco moved aside to reveal a lace bra. She must have noticed soon afterwards and buttoned the top button.

Royal watchers rushed to Twitter to criticize the malfunction.

“Meghan at a wedding: black dress, waving at the cameras, with her bra showing. I thought Meghan was supposed to be smart??” wrote one Twitter user following the accidental slip.

Others accused the malfunction of being “deliberate.” They claimed she used it to steal the show from the bride and groom.

“Meghan stole the show with her deliberate wardrobe malfunction,” said one, while another added, “WHO wears black to a wedding with her top buttons undone showing a racy bra? Narciccist attention seeking #MeghanMarkle she just can’t stop herself can she?”

Meghan isn't the first royal to have a malfunction. Kate Middleton had a Marilyn Monroe moment in 2016 while on a royal visit to India. Similarly, Kate’s yellow blew up while visiting Canada.

Some have reported that Queen Elizabeth puts weights in the hems of skirts to avoid any chance of an unflattering photo, PEOPLE notes.

Meghan didn't let the slip ruin her day. She was all smiles in the photos that were taken next to her husband of almost three months.

Do you think the malfunction is a big deal or are people too critical of Meghan? In other news, the FDA has recalled a common heart and blood pressure medication because it causes cancer. This recall only gets more serious as we learn more. Please pray for everyone who has been taking this drug. The recall could impact anyone with heart problems.
