Meghan Markle’s Half Sister Samantha Markle Sues Her Over Oprah Interview
It seems like the Markle family feud continues!
According to reports: Meghan MarkleHer half-sister is being sued. Samantha Markle for defamation following the duchess Prince Harry’s, 37, explosive tell all interview with Oprah Winfrey Last March. Samantha, 57, claimed that Meghan, 40, lied to her and their families during the sit-down. She also accused her sister, Samantha, of fabricating stories about growing up in. “virtual poverty”They claim that Meghan publicly attacked their father. Thomas Markle, 76, in an attempt to sell a false “rags-to-royalty”narrative of her life and gain sympathy. The complaint states,
“Meghan falsely claimed that: (a) she essentially raised herself from virtual poverty; (b) she was forced from the age of 13 to work in a series of low-paying jobs to ‘make ends meet.’”
The lawsuit continues to accuse Meghan Markle of misleading the public regarding her father’s absence from her 2018 royal wedding.
“Mr. Markle suffered two heart attacks in the weeks before Defendant’s wedding in May 2018 due to stress associated with the Royal wedding, the constant hounding and harassment by paparazzi and other media, and upsetting text messages he received from Defendant and Prince Harry, and Mr. Markle’s cardiologist told him he was too
sick to travel to England for the wedding; Mr. Markle did not refuse to attend the wedding, but was instructed by his doctor not to attend the wedding.”

Meghan’s attorney Michael KumpThey retorted at the allegations and told sources.
“This baseless and absurd lawsuit is just a continuation of a pattern of disturbing behavior. We will give it the minimum attention necessary, which is all it deserves.”
Samantha, strangely enough, is the only one. Markle published an autobiography nearly a year ago, “The Diary of Princess Pushy’s Sister”. It details her early years growing up in the Markle family and includes allegations about Meghan’s “demanding” attitude, the duchess’ first marriage to movie producer Trevor EngelsonText messages and voicemails between Thomas Markle and Prince Harry.
In the suit against her sister Samantha is asking for $75,000 in damages and for the cost of court and attorney’s fees.
