A fight between a McDonald’s employee and a customer is going viral on social media. A shirtless McDonald's customer climbs over the counter to punch an employee in the face.

Alfredo Sanchez was an eyewitness who told KFOX14 that the fight started over some french fries taking too long.

He said the incident happened at about 11:30 p.m. Sunday night at the McDonald’s on Montana Avenue and George Dieter Drive in Texas.

Dramatic footage captured by Alfredo Sanchez shows the customer, who is seen with a dog, swipe a display off the counter before threatening an employee.

The man then takes off his shirt to threaten the worker before deciding to climb over the counter to attack him.

"We were eating and all of a sudden, like, I hear my friend say, like, what the heck,” said Sanchez. “And like, I see a guy come in with a big dog."

Sanchez recorded the video on his phone. (Warning: clip contains graphic language.)

The El Paso Police Department confirmed that officers were called for reports of this fight at the McDonalds.

"Finally, the cops get there and they just kind of get him,” said Sanchez. “They take him outside and another cop car comes in."

Police said no one was arrested and the investigation is still ongoing.
