McConaughey, 53, made the phrase “all proper, all proper, all proper” well-known when he starred as David Wooderson within the 1993 movie Dazed and Confused. The Lose a Man in 10 Days star defined the origin of the comment in a 2011 interview with George Stroumboulopoulos Tonight.
