Massive Fire Engulfs Senior Citizen Home in Major U.S. City, Crews Rush to Save Residents

A giant fire has engulfed a senior living facility near Philadelphia. The blaze broke out on Thursday night and quickly grew into an unstoppable inferno.

First responders raced to the scene and rushed to evacuate residents from the danger. In a shocking clip, first responders can be seen running as they push residents in wheelchairs to waiting vehicles.

According to ABC news, The three-alarm fire in West Chester, Chester County took place at Barclay Friends Senior Living Community and was burning uncontrolled until after midnight. At this point, authorities have no precise answer on what caused the blaze to arise.

Hospitals in the area were alerted to the situation and told to expect patients. Thankfully, no-one has been reported injured at this time by major news outlets. However, some reports on Twitter say there are some injured individuals. Firefighters are still working to stop the fire and restore order to the community.
