Fitness Legend, Personal Trainer to the Stars Found Dead in Home at 42

The news was reported on Wednesday, October 31 that famous fitness competitor Mandy Blank has passed away. The 42-year-old was one of the most famous female fitness pros of all time. 

Mandy Blank was one of the leading females in the world of fitness. She won the IFBB World Championships in 1999 and broke the record as the youngest competitor to ever do so. In 1998, she won the World Arnold Classics. She appeared on the cover of multiple magazines and eventually became a celebrity trainer to several famous clients. 

Sadly, TMZ Sports confirmed that Blank was found dead in her Los Angeles home on October 29. She was found in her bathtub by a housekeeper. 

The housekeeper reportedly called 911 and paramedics arrived on the scene shortly after. Sadly, she was pronounced dead. As of Wednesday afternoon, sources have said that no drugs or alcohol immediately appeared to have been involved. 

Authorities initially said that Blank's death did not appear suspicious, but that an autopsy and toxicology report would be conducted in order to reveal the exact cause of death.
