A new development has just come in regarding the case of two missing girls from Indian who were murdered in 2017. Police have released some new information in the case that has some people asking questions.d
The girls went missing in 2017 while on a hike together. Their parents had dropped them off and were going to pick them up after their outing. The girls were never seen alive again.
Police determined there was a possible suspect in the case that they wanted to talk to. They released a sketch of the man as well as a very blurry picture. Now, officials are releasing another sketch that looks totally different.
This sketch was draw just days after the girls first disappeared. Some are wondering why it was never released back in 2017.
"Indiana State Police said at a news conference the sketch shows the unidentified man suspected of murdering Libby German, 14, and Abby Williams, 13. Officials said the man is likely between the ages of 18 and 40, but may appear younger. He's also believed to have lived, worked or regularly visited Delphi, which is located about 60 miles northwest of Indianapolis," according to Fox.
Police are not commenting on why they are just now releasing the drawing. They also are not commenting on why they have chosen to release it now as well.
"Besides the video and new image, ISP Superintendent Doug Carter revealed that investigators were looking for the owner of a vehicle abandoned on the east side of County Road 300 North next to the Hoosier Heartland Highway between 12 p.m. and 5 p.m on Feb. 14, 2017, the day the girl's bodies were discovered. The vehicle was parked at the old CPS/DCS/Welfare building, according to Carter," wrote Fox.
Please join us in praying for the officials working this case as well as for the families of the girls. May they find comfort and guidance through our Lord, Jesus.
