Lori Loughlin's Legal Team Speaks Out and Reveals Interesting Fact

Recently, the pair made headlines after the college admission scandal broke. They were accused of fraud for paying for their daughters to illegitimately attend the University of Southern California. Fans were shocked to learn the details of their alleged involvement.

"Loughlin and Giannulli, 55, are accused of bribing their daughters' ways into USC by paying $500,000 to scam mastermind William "Rick" Singer. Singer reportedly aided Giannulli and Loughlin's daughters, YouTube star Olivia Jade and aspiring actress Isabella, get recruited to the USC crew team despite neither girl being a rower," according to Fox.

Now, Lori and her husband want to clear their name and restore their reputations. They have just asked for a trial so they can tell their side of the story and profess their innocence.

"Lori Loughlin wants to go to trial to preserve her reputation following the allegations against her and husband Mossimo Giannulli in the college admissions scandal, a new report claims," wrote Fox.

A source says this is the only way Lori feels she can be vindicated.

“Lori feels like so much damage has been done publicly that the only way for her to counter it is to fight this case in court. She feels like once all the evidence is presented, that people will understand how things happened.”

Now, her legal team has opened up for the first time in days. They revealed something incredibly interesting about their client, Lori. They say they are extremely confident in their case and they don't think it will end with prison time for the actress or her husband.

“The more that [the attorneys] look at the alleged evidence against them, the better they feel about the case. Everyone is feeling more and more confident that this could end well for them,” a source told People.

Lori reportedly wants to move forward with her life and put this saga to rest once and for all. However, it seems she and her family will be dealing with this for a long time to come. They still have to go through the normal court process and it could take months.
