The “It’s About Rattling Time” singer, 34, rocked a customized Dolce & Gabbana outfit together with a scarlet hooded cape strewn with purple roses over a tomato-red high and skirt. Glamorous, wet-look side-swept curls accomplished the dreamy look, with a single lock cascading down the brow.
