A shooting at a Little Rock, Ark., nightclub has left around 28 injured with one in critical condition.

The Little Rock police chief said officers suspect multiple people fired weapons but that the incident was not terror-related. Shots rang out at Power Ultra Lounge early Saturday morning at around 2:30 am local time during a concert for Tennessee rapper Finese 2Tymes.

Police Chief Kenton Buckner told reporters that the shooting appeared to have happened after "some sort of dispute that broke out between people inside."

The Little Rock Mayor Mark Stodola said on Facebook that more information would be released at a news conference on Saturday. The press conference is scheduled for 4 p.m. ET on Saturday.

"My heart is broken this morning — my prayers are with the victims of this tragedy," he wrote. He went on to add, " We are committed to doing everything possible to bring safety to our city. We need everyone to help."

Victims were sent to three local hospitals, with the youngest victim being just 16 years old.
