You are safe and sound. Fast one month later Lauren ScruggsRyver, Ryver’s son, was born. Jason Kennedy detailed the model’s birth experience.

“My wife is incredible,” the journalist, 40, told his Instagram followers on Wednesday, April 27. “She’s been laying low the past few weeks so she can heal. Our home birth didn’t go as planned. After 23 hours, we finally went to the hospital. Ryver took another ten hours. Lo suffered a fourth-degree tear and we had to perform a vacuum birth. Amazing doctor, midwives, team. I’m watching her pump, hold and comfort my son as I type this. These are the best moments. I love this feeling. I also love how you take care of our boy. I love you @thelaurenkennedy.”
