The makeup mogul kept her pregnancy under wraps, announcing her daughter’s arrival three days after her birth. “I’m sorry for keeping you in the dark through all the assumptions,” the Kylie Cosmetics creator wrote on Instagram at the time. “I understand you’re used to me bringing you along on all my journeys. My pregnancy was not something I wanted to share with the world. I knew that I needed to prepare myself for this role for a lifetime in a positive, stress-free, healthy manner. There was no surprise, no big payoff or getcha moment. I knew my baby would feel every stress and every emotion so I chose to do it this way for my little life and our happiness.”
The Keeping up with Kardashians star added, “Pregnancy has been the most beautiful, empowering, and life changing experience I’ve had in my entire life and I’m actually going to miss it. I am grateful to my family, friends, and especially my family for helping make this special moment as private and private as possible. My beautiful and healthy baby girl arrived February 1st and i just couldn’t wait to share this blessing. I’ve never felt love and happiness like this I could burst! Thank you for understanding.”
While the Kylie Skin creator went on to share photos of Stormi’s early days on social media, she deleted most of them in June 2018. “I’m not sharing photos of my girl right now,” Jenner wrote on Instagram at the time.
After she confirmed her second pregnancy in September 2021, the new mom started posting pictures again. (Wolf arrived February 2022.
Jenner had revealed the news almost one year ago. She went on to call her daughter “the best baby” at the time, saying, “She’s so smart beyond her years. I’m excited for her to grow up, but I’m really sad at the same time.”
