According to reports, during a LA court hearing last week, Kris Jenner66-year-old Judith and her accuser Marc McWilliams, 45, agreed to try and work things out via a “private arbitration.” This means that the former boss and employee-duo plan to resolve the pressing issue behind closed doors. Recently obtained court documents show that Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Armen Tzamarian gave each party a year to find an arbitrationator to review their arguments and reach a settlement.

Additionally, McWilliams claims he was subjected to racial discrimination, including,
“pervasive and cruel mockery, harassment, belittling, and otherwise humiliating mistreatment by defendants due to (his) race.”

It is outrageous that anyone could sue anyone in America, believing there is no recourse when they pursue fictional and meritless claims. Kris and Kourtney intend to sue McWilliams’ attorneys immediately after they have defeated this frivolous lawsuit.
