Blac Chyna was previously engaged to Rob Kardashian. She starred in their spinoff Rob & Chyna for one episode on E! In 2016, Blac Chyna sued Kardashians for $100 million, claiming that they destroyed her television career. Media Take Out confirmed that Chyna is asking for $40 million for “loss of earning damages” and over $60 million in “loss of future earning capacity damages.”
She rejected a settlement offer earlier in the month.
Media Take Out reviewed the lawsuit. Chyna claims her family gave up power and leverage to E! resulting in the cancellation of Rob’s second season with Chyna.

“Rob Kardashian is an abuser intent on destroying Angela White, the mother of his baby, who left him in 2016,” the suit states. “In revenge, the Kardashian-Jenner family became media predators, slut-shaming her on social media and killing her hit television show, which had already begun filming a second season.”
In the opening statements of her trial, Chyna’s attorney claimed that she was in possession of text messages between Kris Jenner, producers at E! and where the Kardashian mom allegedly called Chyna “stupid” and “ghetto.” Chyna’s lawyer also claims that Kris instructed producers to fire Chyna through other messages.
