Kim Kardashian and Kanye West had a challenging few days at the end of 2017. Their son, Saint West, battled a case of pneumonia, but he's on the mend now, reported People.
The couple's 2-year-old son was hospitalized for three days due to the illness. Kardashian West revealed the battle on her Instagram on Tuesday.
“My precious baby boy is so strong! After spending three nights in the hospital & seeing my baby get multiple IV’s and hooked up to oxygen machines, our end of year was challenging. Pneumonia is so scary,” wrote Kardashian West in the caption of the photo, which showed her holding West.
Saint is now recovering at home. Kardashian West also shared her gratitude to the hospital staff who cared for her little boy.
“I just want to thank every nurse & doctor out there who works so hard around the clock,” continued the 37-year-old. “We are so grateful for you all! He’s home and all better. He’s so resilient I’m sure he will still say the ambulance ride was cool! My strong Saint”
In honor of the holidays, Kardashian West posted a family photo on Friday. The photo showed the family standing in front of a Christmas tree. Kardashian West held the couple’s daughter North, 4½, while the rapper held Saint.
This is the last holiday season where the Kardashian West family will have two kids. Next year, they'll be a family of five. They're expecting their third child via surrogate soon.
Her Sisters, Kylie Jenner and Khloé Kardashian, are also expecting babies in the New Year. It's the first child for both of them.
Say a prayer for Saint and his healing. In other news, Paris Hilton just got engaged. See the enormous ring.
