According to reports: Kim Kardashian41-year old Judith has asked a judge to declare her single in the midst of her ongoing divorce from rapper. Kanye West, 44. Kim KardashianAccording to reports, she filed court documents yesterday (December 10th) asking for her maiden names to be restored. She also asked for separation of property and child custody issues from her marital status.
