Kanye Submits Court Objection Against Kim Kardashian’s Request To Be Single, Reportedly Afraid Kim Will Quickly Remarry & Move Their Shared Assets

Days after lawyers for SKIMS owner Kim Kardashian submitted a request to a judge to grant her request for single status without husband Kanye West’s approval, Kanye’sTeam submits a formal objection against the judge Kim’s request.

We reported earlier this year that a reality TV star aged 41 was a new reality star Kim KardashianHer team submitted a request for single status claiming that her husband and 44-year-old musical icon was not eligible. Kanye Westhe refused to respond. Recent reports indicate that he is now refusing to respond. Kanye West has submitted his official response to the judge – objecting to Kim’s motion.

Reportedly, Kanye’s lawyer states:
“Kim’s motion should be denied without prejudice so that Kim can refile it with the mandatory corrections and requested conditions set forth in the proposed judgment. Alternatively, a hearing regarding these additional conditions should be set.”
The report suggests that KanyeAre you afraid? Kimthey will soon marry and move some of the shared assets to a separate account. As for the “mandatory corrections and requesting conditions set forth in the proposed judgement”, the report claims that there are certain conditions KanyeThat will not change. Kim’sThe legal team has repeatedly refused to comply.
These three conditions are reported to be mandatory.
1. If one of them dies, KanyeWants to ensure that any money owed to either party gets reimbursed.
2. KanyeWants to Block KimThey can’t transfer assets from any trust they have created.
3. KanyeYou want KimTo waive their marital privilege while they await a final custody decision. He wants to ensure that all communications between them can be recorded in the court record. KanyeAlso, it adds that “if” Kim remarries, she would waive any spousal privilege between her and her new husband … in other words, he wants to make sure any conversations between her and a new husband, as it relates to custody, would be fair game in court.
