Second time’s the charm! Jennifer LopezAnd Ben Affleck celebrated their marriage — again — with help from friends and family.
Lopez, 53 and Affleck,50, planned a large affair at the Good Will Hunting star’s Riceboro, Georgia, estate. The weekend got off to a rocky start with Affleck’s mom, Christopher Anne Boldt, being taken by ambulance to a Savannah hospital on Friday, Aug 19, per the Daily Mail. She was released later that day and was escorted home to her family by her son-in-law and daughter-in law.
However, the medical problem was only a temporary hiccup in party plans. Celebrities like Matt Damon, Kevin SmithMany more people were seen arriving at Savannah’s airport ahead of the event.
The HustlersAfter being engaged for the second time in April, the Oscar winner and actress got married in Las Vegas last month. The New York City native confirmed the milestone in a July 17 issue of her “On the JLo” newsletter.

An insider shared his thoughts shortly after the low-key ceremony. UsThe source said that the couple planned to have a larger party later on with more of their family and friends. The source said that their decision to elope was a long-awaited.
“Jen and Ben have talked about eloping for months now and it felt right for them,” the insider told Use. “[They] have both already had big weddings beforehand, so the pageantry isn’t as important to them as it once was.”
The couple flew to Paris for a honeymoon days after their Sin City wedding. They also enjoyed the time with their children. Lopez shares twins Max, 14 and Emme, 14 with her ex-husband Marc Anthony. Affleck’s part shares Violet, 16, and Seraphina 13, as well as Samuel, 10, with his ex-wife Jennifer Garner.
The “Get Right” songstress and the Justice LeagueStar was previously dating from 2002 to 2004, after they met on the set for their movie Gigli. The pair were set to wed in September 2003, but they called off the ceremony due to “excessive media attention” and broke up four months later.
The twosome reconnected in 2021 following Lopez’s split from ex-fiancé Alex Rodriguez. The Shades of BlueAlum and the Good Will HuntingScreenwriters made their love official on Instagram in July 2021. They made their red carpet debut at the Venice International Film Festival two months later.
