Larkin was originally sentenced to 72 months and five years of supervised freedom. He filed a motion to reduce his sentence.
Judge Sidney H. Stein ruled that defendant’s motion was denied because of the absence of extraordinary and compelling circumstances and the fact that the section3553(a) factors don’t support a reduction to his sentence.
Jen is still waiting for her turn before a judge. She denies all charges.
