
A judge denied a reduced sentence to a co-defendant in Jen Shah’s case for telemarketing fraud.
“The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City,” star was arrested in 2021 on federal fraud charges stemming from allegations she conspired to commit wire fraud and laundered money in a telemarketing scheme that allegedly targeted the elderly community.
Anthony Cheedie and Chad Allen are the other co-defendants. Shane Hanna, Chad Allen and Shane Hanna are also involved.

Larkin was originally sentenced to 72 months and five years of supervised freedom. He filed a motion to reduce his sentence.
Judge Sidney H. Stein ruled that defendant’s motion was denied because of the absence of extraordinary and compelling circumstances and the fact that the section3553(a) factors don’t support a reduction to his sentence.
Jen is still waiting for her turn before a judge. She denies all charges.
