A brotherly bond. General HospitalStar Jack Wagner‘s son Peter Wagner is breaking his silence following the death of his brother, Harrison — and he’s remembering the good times.
Peter, 31, shared a carousel of throwback photos via his Instagram on Wednesday, June 8, of the memories he shared with younger brother Harrison over the years, captioning the post, “Always with you.”
One day prior to Peter’s post, General Hospital’sExecutive producer Frank ValentiniFrom everyone involved in the ABC series, he sent condolences and sympathies to the family.
“On behalf of myself and the entire #GH family, our hearts go out to Kristina WANG, Jack, and their family during this devastating time,” he tweeted on Tuesday, June 7. “We ask that you respect their privacy and keep them in your thoughts.”
These heartfelt tributes came just one day following Harrison’s death in North Hollywood, California at 5:14 AM local time. According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner -Coroner report, Us WeeklyTuesday
Harrison’s body was found in a Los Angeles parking lot on Monday, June 6. The medical examiner declared Harrison’s cause of death deferred after the autopsy. According to the filings, additional investigation into the death has been requested. Once the studies/tests have been completed, the doctor will reexamine the case and determine the cause.
Jack, 62, is yet to express his shock at the sudden death of his son. He shares him with Kristina Wagner (59). The two former soap opera stars met on the set General HospitalThey were married in 1993 and divorced 13 years later. (The former couple also have a son, Peter.
The Melrose PlaceAlum is also father to daughter KerryFrom a previous relationship.
Harrison was battling addiction before his death. He disappeared in 2016. “I’m going to ask those who want to share their fears, addictions & struggles to do so w me via Twitter. We can face them 2gether, I’ll start,” the When the Heart CallsActor tweeted July 2016 “I fear for my youngest son’s safety. Harrison has struggled w drugs & alcohol just as I did when I was younger. He’s relapsed & is MIA 5 days.”

After the initial scare, Harrison was found five more days later. “Harrisons been in touch, he’s 21 & in charge of his life, ty for the lv & prayers, please continue to share your struggles, it helps us all,” the Bold & the BeautifulStar was shared via social networks at the time.
Harrison was vocal about his efforts to change his life over the past few decades.
“Life is a roller coaster. It is all transformation and how we grow as humans to have the power and willingness to make a change …. And remember, no matter what the past says about u or what you did there’s ALWAYSSS room for forgiveness as long as u are willing to forgive YOURSELF,” he wrote via Instagram in September 2021 alongside a photo of an open road. “It is NEVER TO LATE TO MAKE A CHANGE IN ONES LIFE Let alone, if u are struggling believe me… I’ve been there. But we come out on the other seeing the world through a different Lens ❤️☀️.”
