Chick-Fil-A is one of the most beloved fast-food chains in the United States. Not only do they offer delicious chicken sandwiches, fries, and milkshakes, but they also have Christian values and offer an unmatched customer service experience.
Their emphasis on customer service stems from their corporate purpose and core values.
Chick-Fil-A's corporate purpose is: "To glorify God by being a Faithful Steward of all that is entrusted to us. To have a Positive Influence on all who come in contact with Chick-Fil-A."
Their core values are: customers first, personal excellence, continuous improvement, working together, and stewardship.
While some companies don't follow their original mission statement or core values, Chick-Fil-A has made an emphasis of them. The Christian company hires employees who go above and beyond the call of duty. Recently, a video was caught of an employee doing just that.
The video shows a Chick-Fil-A employee running down the street after a car who had allegedly left without their meal. While the video was heartwarming on its own, someone decided to add the perfect music to it, causing the Internet to explode with laughter!
The song on the video is "Reckless Love" by Bethel Music's Cory Asbury. The song talks about the "overwhelming, never-ending, reckless love of God" and talks about how his love always "leaves the 99 to find the 1," based on Matthew 18:12.
The video features the song, as well as the words, "This Chick-fil-a employee just left the 99 for that 1."

Since being posted, the video has been shared thousands of times. It perfectly displays the reason that most people love Chick-Fil-A while also combining a well-known scripture and song!
