George Soros has been accused of many ugly things, but according to his latest interview with the Washington Post, he is unfazed. In fact, some might even say he is encouraged. “I’m proud of my enemies,” Soros said. “When I look at the enemies I have all over the world, I must be doing something right.”
The 87 year old Hungarian Holocaust survivor is repeatedly pointed to by conservatives for funding extreme liberal agendas, such as abortion, same-sex marriage, transgenderism, sanctuary cities, and a one-world government.
Soros has also been accused of covertly orchestrating violent protests surrounding hot-button national times of unrest. He is known as a sort of puppet master, seeking to unravel traditional society.
For example, "Former congressman Jack Kingston, a Georgia Republican who is a CNN commentator, suggested on Twitter in February that Soros and other activists, rather than students, were behind a protest in the wake of a Florida high school shooting in which a gunman killed 17 people," shares the Washington Post.
He has also been accused of being “a nazi who turned in his fellow Jews to be murdered in German concentration camps & stole their wealth," by actress Roseanne Barr. Of the numerous rumors, Soros said, “It makes it very difficult for me to speak effectively because it can be taken out of context and used against me."
Soros poured at least 25 million dollars into trying to get Hillary Clinton elected and was shocked to see her lose. Never foreseeing Trump's victory, Soros said, “Apparently, I was living in my own bubble."
Soros says Clinton would have been a "very good president,” but she was a poor campaigner. “She was too much like a schoolmarm,” Soros said. “Talking down to people . . . instead of listening to them.”
Now Soros is out to impeach Trump. Referring to Trump's presidency, Soros said, “Everything that could go wrong has gone wrong.” In fact, Soros said Trump is "willing to destroy the world."
So the top funder to Planned Parenthood and the ACLU is now planning to spend at least 15 million in 2018 races. His goal is to get enough Democrats in office to befriend and sway moderate Republicans, who would together impeach Trump, “because he is endangering the United States and the world.”
Soros' apparent concern for America comes at great odds with one of his most famous quotes: "The main obstacle to a stable and just world order is the United States. [This idea] happens to coincide with the prevailing opinion in the world. And I think that's rather shocking for Americans to hear."
