A former HGTV star has been arrested following allegations of child molestation. 36-year-old Christopher Dionne, who made an appearance on HGTV’s “Family Flip,” turned himself into local authorities on Monday.

According to Fox News, court documents revealed that Dionne is facing several charges including fourth-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor. The ex-reality television star was accused of inappropriately touching a 10-year-old girl at one of his child’s sleepovers.

The young girl claimed that Dionne touched her private areas while she was sleeping on the couch. Additionally, she told police that Dionne asked her not to tell anyone or “he would go to jail and his daughter wouldn’t have a dad.”

E! News noted that in addition to the inappropriate touching, Dionne allegedly took pictures of the girl and asked her sexual questions.

His children were reportedly in the room at the time of the incident. After the uncomfortable encounter, Dionne went back to his spouse. According to the young girl, this is not the first time Dionne made her feel uncomfortable.

Dionne has denied all allegations. His version of the story is much different.

Dionne claimed that after he came home from the bar that night, the 10-year-old girl was awake, so he sat next to her. She began rubbing his stomach, which he told her was inappropriate. The girl started crying, so he tried to comfort her by rubbing her back.

Amid these accusations, Dionne was in the works of a new series with his twin brother for A&E called “Home Rescue.” The show follows their business of flipping houses, “Dionne Home.” As a result of Dionne’s arrest, production of the show has been suspended.
