Heidi, 49, shared a glimpse of the collaboration with Leni, 18, via Instagram on Monday, October 10, writing in the caption that the project hoped to “celebrate women; the love and support between a mother and her daughter; and how confident, beautiful, and happy lingerie can make you feel.”
The photo shows the mother and daughter posing in black underwear, with their arms around each other. Leni also made a post of her own writing that she hoped fans “will love their Lingerie as much as [they] do!”
The Project RunwayThe alum shared a behind-the scenes video via Instagram on Tuesday, Oct 11, in which Heidi & Leni enjoyed a loving kiss and spun around. They finished the view by wrapping their arms around each other and taking an end to the video with a bow. Heidi gave the camera her kiss at the end of the video. “Creative director …my longtime friend @thomashayo,” she wrote in the caption. “Thanks for making us feel confident all day singing and dancing in our @intimissimiofficial.”
Heidi teased previously that she was working with Intimissimi on a project. She posted a photo earlier in the month of Leni and Heidi sitting together in robes. She used the adorable hashtags “#UnconditionalLove” and “#SpecialMoment,” proving how close the two are.
While some fans commented that it was “weird” for Leni to shoot a lingerie commercial with her mother, celebrity makeup artist Linda HayAuthor Riccardo SimonettiThey expressed their support by leaving heart emojis. Simonetti added, “You both look stunning.”
Both the duo modelled separately and together for the campaign, showing off their curves as well as natural beauty. Both women had their hair styled and blond for the shoot.
Leni can be seen wearing her first look in a lacy, black plunging bralette and a matching lace hipster. The silk shirt she wore over her first look was taken off to make room for her second. The teen wore a plunging, white bralette that showed off her curves and provided just the right amount coverage.
The Making the CutStar wore a black and lace balconyette bra with white floral trim. The white trim on her cheeky panties was also present, and she modeled another bralette with a similar style.
