Pre-Packaged Salads Recalled Due to Contamination with Dangerous Allergen

Taylor Farms is recalling approximately 1,079 pounds of chicken Caesar salad products. It's due to scary undeclared allergens, reported local news.

The recall affects H-E-B Shake, Rattle & Bowl Caesar Salad with Chicken. They have the best by date of May 18, 2019.

The salads will have an establishment number of EST. P-34733 inside the USDA mark of inspection. These salads were sold to retail stores in Texas.

The problem was discovered by a retail store when the mislabeled products were being unpacked to be placed on the retail store shelves, according to the news release. The salad has anchovies when it should not.
