Postpartum satisfaction! Heather Rae El Moussa (née Younger) debuted her post-pregnancy physique after giving delivery to her first youngster.
“1 week postpartum,” the Promoting Sundown star, 35, captioned a Wednesday, February 8, Instagram Story selfie. “My actions embody breast-feeding, pumping [and] repeat.”
El Moussa flashed her tummy in a mirror selfie, taken inside her closet, whereas carrying a pair of plaid pajamas.

The Oppenheim Group realtor welcomed her first youngster with husband Tarek El Moussa on January 31. Their child boy is Tarek’s third youngster; the Flip or Flop alum, 41, coparents daughter Taylor, 12, and son Brayden, 7, with ex-wife Christina Corridor (née Haack).
“Turning into a father for the third time is simply as thrilling because it was the primary time. Our child boy is doing superb and Heather was a rockstar throughout labor,” Tarek completely advised Us Weekly in a Thursday, February 2, assertion. Heather — who introduced in July 2022 that she was pregnant with child No. 1 — has since been in child bliss for the reason that toddler’s arrival.

Neither Heather nor Tarek have publicly shared their toddler’s title or Heather’s childbirth story but.
“He has daddy’s huge toes. He’s one week previous right this moment!! 🤍,” she wrote through Instagram on Tuesday, February 7, sharing hospital images of her husband — whom she married in October 2021 — and the new child. “Can’t wait to share the delivery story and extra images, however for now we’re simply having fun with the moments we’re sharing as a household and all of his firsts.”
Previous to their toddler’s arrival, the couple teased to Us that Taylor and Brayden have been overjoyed to lastly meet their new brother. (Taylor and Brayden’s youthful brother Hudson was born in 2020 to Corridor and ex-husband Ant Anstead.)
“They’re so excited. Each week, Brayden likes to take a look at my app and see the place we’re at, what dimension the infant is. They’re actually concerned with selecting the title. They’re simply so excited,” Heather gushed to Us in December 2022. “The title has not been set. We really haven’t finalized the title, we don’t know utterly.
