It's so devastating to hear. This child will never be the same. A transgender man, Miguel Martinez who went as Michelle, invited a 10-year-old girl into the bathroom with him and severely sexually assaulted her.
After the attack, the girl told police "it hurt inside,” shares Fox News. She was cared for by nurses who found redness and abrasions on her private parts, but Martinez just said the girl was "talking crap" and trying to make a "publicity stunt."
Sadly, children being told that men can be women (and vice versa) and to trust men dressed as women in their own bathrooms and locker rooms will only lead to more events like these. In a passionate Facebook post, Franklin Graham shares this sad story as a tragic example of the liberal agenda to let men use women's restrooms.
"People have been warned against the dangers of allowing transgender persons into the dressing rooms, locker rooms, and bathrooms of the opposite sex," Graham began. "We knew it was dangerous—that’s just common sense. Transgenderism is a sexual perversion."
"This kind of thing allows sexual predators, usually men dressed as women, more access to women and children in a vulnerable location. I’m glad this man pretending to be a woman was caught and found guilty, and I hope he is taken off the streets so this doesn’t happen to another young girl," Graham ended.
Thankfully, Martinez was found guilty of first-degree and second-degree sexual abuse of a minor and could face up to 70 years in prison. But that won't change what was done to that young girl. And if politicians and the LGBT community continue to enforce the free choice of bathrooms, regardless of gender, it won't stop it from happening to other children.
This is a huge issue in our culture today that will only get bigger if people don't stand against it. In fact, one state just made it mandatory for businesses to let transgenders use the bathroom of their choice, or be faced with serious penalties.
