Franklin Graham Makes Powerful Statement about Women

September 28, 2017Sep 28, 2017

What if you lived in a world where you were constantly told in a variety of ways that you were less than the opposite sex, even having half of their brain size? That's how many women in the Muslim world live, even being tortured and sold as sex slaves.

So, when news came out that women in Saudi Arabia will finally be allowed to drive in 2018, people were expected to cheer the Islamic nation's progressive stance for women's rights. But Franklin Graham is not impressed. In a strong statement on his Facebook page, Graham exposes the horrendous treatment of women in the Muslim world and shares how Jesus sees women.

"God created us male and female. Jesus Christ elevated women and treated them with respect," shared Graham. Both of these ideas are currently being attacked by the progressive culture in America. Liberals are infiltrating the media and education with the lie that there is no concrete gender. Boys can be girls and girls can be boys.

Liberals also want to stereotype Christians as being backwards and oppressive, while they also champion Islam and fight for Sharia law to be permitted in major cities. But Sharia law is the very law that allows husbands to beat their wives.

Graham is showing people the difference between the two religions in his post, while still hoping the Muslim world progresses in their proper treatment of women: "I hope more change will follow and that Saudi Arabia will not only respect women, but respect freedom of religion and stop imprisoning people who worship differently than Islam," he closes.

Do you agree with Graham's post that letting women drive is definitely not enough? Share your thoughts in the comments! Thank you! Graham also recently made a very strong statement about the NFL's recent protests. Many people are agreeing with him. Do you?
