America needs a pastor, and that man is Franklin Graham. Unafraid to tell the truth--especially to the Left and especially concerning paramount cultural issues that many others are afraid to touch--Graham is a voice in America's wilderness.

And his latest call is to Steven Colbert and the other liberals who were hell bent on destroying conservative Judge Brett Kavanaugh's life--both personally and professionally. In the exceptionally vicious battle over his nomination, liberals did everything they could to bring him down.

Ultimately, they were unsuccessful in preventing his appointment to the 9th Seat of the United States Supreme Court, and many are still reeling in devastation. But some, like popular talk show host Steven Colbert, are taking solace in the fact that they definitely hurt Kavanaugh's family.

"Whatever happens, I'm just glad we ruined Brett Kavanaugh's life," Steven Colbert's writer, Ariel Dumas, posted on Twitter. Presumably in fear or shame, Dumas quickly made her account private. She issued a half-hearted apology the next day, possibly out of pressure from her bosses or the larger reaction to her tweet.

"The last couple of weeks have been hard for the country and for me personally," Dumas wrote, shared Fox News. "The complexity of frustration, anger and sadness can’t be accurately conveyed on twitter, and I regret my tone-deaf attempt at sarcasm in the wake of it."

Colbert had previously mocked Kavanaugh during the nomination period, saying his name "sounds less like a Supreme Court justice and more like a waiter at a Ruby Tuesday’s."

But Franklin Graham does not think the assault on Kavanaugh's integrity and the painful aftermath for his wife and daughters are any laughing matter. In a stern reprimand on Facebook, Graham called out Colbert and the others like him who were bent on destroying Kavanaugh.

"The vote for confirmation of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh is over, but the progressive left is having a hard time letting go of their vicious attacks," wrote Graham on Facebook. "A writer on Stephen Colbert’s CBS show tweeted a huge admission: 'I’m just glad we ruined Brett Kavanaugh’s life.'"

"REALLY?" asked Graham. "That’s the problem with the left today—they want to destroy. I hope the American people reject this kind of thinking. Let’s build one another up. Let’s build our nation up. The Bible tells us to, 'love one another' (John 13:34) and to 'shun evil' (Proverbs 3:7). That’s where we need to start," urged Graham.

With over 100K Likes and some 20,000 Comments, many resonated with Graham's post. What about you? How did you feel watching the vicious attack on Kavanaugh as he awaited confirmation? How did you feel for his family? Share your thoughts in the comments! Thank you.
