It is quite possible that Franklin Graham got the Christian vote for President Trump. He was a bold and unwavering voice to conservatives and believers, urging them to vote for the candidate that would put conservatives on the bench of the Supreme Court.
And President Trump has already put two on the bench and fulfilled many more promises, says Graham in his latest Facebook post. Since Kavanaugh's contentious victory, Democrats are out for blood. They want a House and Senate controlled by liberals so they can force Trump out through impeachment.
Their goal is to get voters out this November to vote for Democrats. No doubt, they will pull out all of the punches, and they largely control the media. Even a major magazine threw away journalistic integrity last week by doing a bait-and-switch headline about a celebrity couple that went straight to voter registration.
So Graham is again taking to social media, as he did so many times pre-election, to urge Christians to vote for their morals and not for the media. In a powerful Facebook post, Graham tags President Trump in appreciation and urges Christians to examine the stakes.
"President Donald J. Trump has kept his promises to Christians, that he would protect religious freedoms and appoint conservative judges to the federal courts and to the Supreme Court," begins Graham. "And he has kept the promises he made to our country to create jobs, strengthen the military, lower taxes, and strengthen our borders."
"But for him to continue fulfilling the promises he made to the American people," continues Graham, "he has to have a House and Senate that will work with him to bring positive change, regardless of party. The midterm elections are just 17 days away, and it is one of the most important in our lifetime. Pray before you vote, and don’t let the media that is trying to divide our country, influence you. Look at the facts, do your research, pray, and vote."
Graham's message really resonated with Christians, with tens of thousands of Likes and thousands of "Amen's" in the comments. One user wrote in response, "Thank you Franklin for posting this. Every citizen needs to go to the polls. Thank you President Trump for all your efforts. I am 71 and Trump is the first president that has actually kept his promise."
Are you planning to vote this November? And if so, how do you plan to vote? What is motivating you? Share your thoughts and prayers in the comments! Thank you!
