Ford is one of the most iconic car manufacturers on the entire planet. The American company has been around for decades and they have seen great success.

Millions of Americans drive Fords and proudly purchase the brand's cars each year. However, some owners are worried now that a massive recall has hit the company.

"Ford Motor is recalling about 1.5 million 2012-2018 Ford Focus vehicles due to a fuel system problem that could lead to an engine stall or the inability to restart the engine," reported Fox Business.

The news spells major trouble for Ford. It is surely a costly error and is going to upset a lot of customers. At this time, the company said they are not aware of any accidents that have been directly linked to the recall.

"On Wednesday, Ford reported quarterly earnings and sales topping Wall Street’s expectations, as a shift to lucrative trucks and SUVs supported the manufacturer’s bottom line. As previously reported by FOX Business, profits still fell sharply compared to last year, reflecting challenges in China and higher prices for steel and aluminum as a result of tariff-related costs," according to Fox.
