The tiny town of Dixville Notch, New Hampshire is the first town in the nation to vote and report as part of New Hampshire's primary today. (Iowa had their caucus last week; technically New Hampshire is the first primary).

The total population of Dixville Notch? It is a grand total of 9 people. At exactly midnight, Dixville Notch opened their polls — and within a short time, all 9 people had voted. There were two other nearby towns in New Hampshire that also opened their polls at midnight as well.

Dixville Notch reported their primary results as follows:

On the Republican side, there were 5 voters and John Kasich was the winner. John Kasich had 3 votes and Donald Trump had 2 votes.

On the Democratic side, Bernie Sanders won. Bernie had 4 votes and Hillary Clinton had zero.

Let's see how the final votes turn out for New Hampshire!
