Popstar Taylor Swift has had more than her fair share of trouble with men. Not only has she had enough heartbreak to fill 6 albums, but she also had a high profile sexual harassment case in 2017 and she's had three stalkers.

Now, a 26-year-old Texas man, who had been stalking Swift, has been arrested. He was booked on federal charges for allegedly sending letters to Taylor Swift containing threats of sexual and physical violence. He also showed up at her record label in Nashville, reported the Daily Mail

Federal prosecutors in Nashville said in a press release Thursday that Eric Swarbrick has been charged with "interstate stalking and sending interstate communications with the intent to threaten."

Swarbrick is currently in custody in Texas. He will be brought to Tennessee at a later date.

According to prosecutors, Swarbrick personally delivered letters threatening to rape and kill both Swift and himself to the Big Machine Label Group office on multiple occasions.

He was arrested by Nashville police on August 2. However, he was soon released from custody. That brush with the law didn't scare him, and he continued to send letters and emails.

"Too often, we have seen the consequences of ignoring signs of escalating violent behavior by some individuals," said US Attorney Cochran. "The attention given to this matter by our law enforcement partners and the resulting federal charges we have brought should serve to prevent a future tragic event."

The stalking reportedly began in January 2018 when Big Machine Label Group in Nashville began receiving letters from Swarbrick. In them, he asked to meet with BMLG CEO Scott Borchetta and Swift.

In one letter, Swarbrick terrifyingly acknowledged wandering around the offices of BMLG in the past. They received at least 40 letters and emails from him, and later they became increasingly sexual and violent in nature.

Swift had a restraining order against Swarbrick, who drove from Austin to Nashville on three separate occasions. In many of the letters, Swarbrick talked about wanting to rape and kill Swift. He also threatened to kill himself in front of Borchetta and his staff.

If convicted, Swarbrick faces up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine on each count.

In one letter, he allegedly wrote, "I have learned to absolutely repress the metaphorical monster in me, but, very soon, I will become completely responsible for myself ... What logical conclusion is there other than death."

He stated: 'I will not hesitate to kill her ... and there's nothing you, your lawyers, or the law will be about to do about it. Remember who I am."

In August, another alleged stalker was arrested while trying to break into Swift's Beverly Hills mansion. He was carrying a knife, live ammunition, and a black rope. Days before this, a third man attempted to impress to the singer by allegedly robbing a bank in Connecticut before driving to her Rhode Island home. He tossed the stolen cash over the fence.

May God protect Taylor from these threats! In other news, a young woman was tragically murdered in D.C. just days after getting engaged. Please pray for her family.
