Taylor Hanson and his wife, Natalie, just celebrated their 16th wedding anniversary in June. Now, we find out that the couple has even more to celebrate.

The happy couple announced on Tuesday that they're expecting their 6th child. They and their children are overjoyed to be welcoming a new life.

Taylor is one of the heartthrob brothers who made up the band Hanson. The musician, whose band is best-known for "MMMBop," was a keyboardist and vocalist for the band.

35-year-old Hanson announced the news via Instagram with a photo of their entire family. Their five children are daughters Wilhelmina “Willa” Jane, 5½, and Penelope “Penny” Anne, 13, plus sons Viggo Moriah, 9½, River Samuel, 12 next month, and 15-year-old Jordan Ezra.

“What’s better than being a dad of five? Perhaps being a dad of six,” read the caption. “Baby Hanson coming in December and we are over the moon.”

Hanson told PEOPLE, “Natalie and I have always kept a love of adventure and pursuit of rich experiences at the heart of our family. There’s no greater adventure than welcoming a sixth little person to our tribe.”

Natalie posted another photo of their family.

She captioned it, “Taylor and I are so thrilled to share the news that baby number six is coming this December! Ezra, Penny, River, Viggo and especially Wilhelmina can’t wait to be big brothers and sisters again!”

All of the Hanson brothers have large families. Zac Hanson and his wife Kate have four children and Isaac has three. That might have something to do with their experience growing up—they are the eldest of 7 children.

In a post on her blog, Natalie shared more photos from the shoot, and she revealed that she shares Taylor's feelings about expanding their family.

“Taylor and I and all the children are so excited about the new family member coming this December! More than ever I realize how time flies and every moment with these people counts.”

The whole family will hit the road for Hanson’s String Theory tour. Natalie will be homeschooling their kids—or as she calls it #roadschool.

Congratulations to the couple on their new addition!
