Alec Baldwin and his wife Hilaria are now the proud parents of a healthy baby boy. Their son is Alec’s fourth child, and the third child between them.
“He’s here! He’s perfect! 8ibs 2oz,” Hilaria captioned in an Instagram post, according to People.
Their new son joins siblings Leonardo Angel Charles, 20 months, Rafael Thomas, two-and-a-half, and Carmen Gabriela, four-and-a-half. Alec is also dad to a 22-year-old daughter Ireland Baldwin from his previous marriage to actress Ki Basinger.
Alec and Hilaria married in 2012. They had announced their pregnancy back in November with a video of their kids cutting a cake and revealing the sex of their new sibling, according to Pop Sugar.
According to US Weekly, Hilaria said she was “in shock” when she found out that the baby was a boy.
“I cried when I found out! I wasn’t upset about it but I was overwhelmed,” she said. “I really do believe that this baby was meant to be and will come and we’ll be completely obsessed with him.”
“So no, I don’t wish he was a girl,” she added. “With that being said, Carmen was a little disappointed because she’s been wanting a little sister! I don’t know if I can do 5!”
Alec, 60, a frequent star on “Saturday Night Live,” and Hilaria, 34, renewed their vows in June 2017 with their family. Their children and close friends were present. That ceremony marked their fifth wedding anniversary.
Please pray for Alec and Hilaria’s new baby boy, that he would grow strong and healthy. Be sure to read about a bomber in custody after an explosive package killed a woman and injured 2 more.
