Famous American Television, Radio Host Sadly Dies in Washington, D.C.

A famous American television and radio host, Ed Schultz, sadly passed away recently. According to WDAY-TV, Schultz died in Washington, D.C. of natural causes.

He is best-known for his six-year run on MSNBC’s “The Ed Show” from 2009 to 2015. However, he is also a former host of RT America — a network funded by the Russian government — and several other tv and radio stations, reported Breitbart.

Schultz was often labeled as “controversial” with his political opinions. The Hill noted that the television personality previously attacked MSNBC — claiming that he was fired over his support for Bernie Sanders ahead of the 2016 presidential election. Additionally, he advocated for the middle class and workers rights by participating in protests.
