“Dog the Bounty Hunter” stars Duane “Dog” Chapman, 66, and wife Beth Chapman, 51, are currently in need of prayer. Amidst filming their newest television series, “Dog’s Most Wanted,” the happily married couple has also been prioritizing Beth’s health.
As previously reported, Dog’s beloved wife has been battling cancer on and off since she was originally diagnosed in 2017. At the beginning of this year, she confirmed that she began a form of treatment but is also still working in the film industry with her husband.
After Beth receiving cancer treatment for a few months, Dog recently shared a dire update regarding his wife’s cancer battle. According to the Daily Mail, Mrs. Chapman is now fighting stage four lung cancer, which has been a very emotional time for their family.
“My baby has cancer and she is fighting like hell. I have cried a lot over this because Beth is my everything,” Dog revealed.
“Despite all of the obstacles I have overcome, this is by far the biggest test of my life and mark my words, I will not let her die,” he added tearfully. “She is my rock and my bodyguard. I will do everything I can to keep her here.”
Dog praised his wife by calling her “determined,” “strong,” and having a “positive attitude.” She reportedly wants to spend her final days on earth with her husband, “living life to the fullest and enjoying the time” she has left with him.
“If this were me, I would be a big sissy. But not Beth. She is still hitting the ground running with me...The best part of my job is having her by my side on every journey,” he added.
“I can't imagine a day without her and think deep down inside she is always concerned for my safety because she wants the security of knowing I come home to her every night,” Dog said.
Please keep Dog and Beth in your prayers as she continues to fight. May God show his goodness through this difficult situation.
A well-known Christian name is also in need of prayer following cancer treatment. Please pray for her, as well.
