A famous television actress has just passed away following a tragic battle with an unusual fungal infection. Denis DuBarry has passed away. She was only 63-years-old.

Denise's husband confirmed the sad news. He said she died at the UCLA Medical Center after fighting the fungus.

"Denise was known for her TV roles in shows like The Love Boat, CHiPS and Days of Our Lives. She also starred in a number of movies, including Peter Sellers' Being There in 1979 and The Devil and Max Devlin, alongside now-disgraced star Bill Cosby, in 1981. Denise also appeared in horror film Monster in the Closet in 1986 and in 1970s TV series Black Sheep Squadron," reported the Mirror.

In addition to her successful career in front of the camera, Denise also helped produce and direct different films. She worked on a number of productions and her work was seen in numerous festivals around the world.

"She worked on a number of low-budget films, including Shoot The Hero, Do It Or Die and comedy Grow House, which starred rapper Snoop Dogg. Her final project was comedy Walk To Vegas, which was screened at the Palm Springs International Film Festival in January," reports the Hollywood Reporter.

Denise is survived by her husband and four children. Please join us in praying for them at this time. We pray they find comfort in her memory and in God's promise of eternal life.
