Congratulations are in order! A famous musician and singer/actress have just confirmed their engagement to the public.
68-year-old David Foster — who has received 16 Grammy Awards throughout his music career — proposed to girlfriend Katharine McPhee, 34, while vacationing in Italy, confirmed TMZ. McPhee has appeared in several movies including “In My Dreams” and “The Lost Wife of Robert Durst;” she also was a finalist on “American Idol” in 2006 and has released several albums since then.
Although the two have not responded to the public directly regarding their recent engagement, the couple has been sharing several photos from their romantic getaway on social media in recent days:
The two have reportedly been dating since late 2017. Ahead of their relationship, Foster divorced Yolanda Hadid from “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” earlier in 2017 and McPhee divorced actor Nick Cokas in 2016.
According to PEOPLE, this will be Foster’s fifth marriage and McPhee’s second marriage. McPhee does not have any children, but Foster has eight — all of whom are grown.
