In the days since David Cassidy passed away, fans have been expressing their love and condolences via social media. Now, David's daughter has just taken to Twitter to share her father's final four words and to offer her gratitude.
"Words can't express the solace our family’s received from all the love & support during this trying time. My father’s last words were 'So much wasted time'. This will be a daily reminder for me to share my gratitude with those I love as to never waste another minute....thank you," wrote Katie Cassidy.
Cassidy is best known for being an American singer and actor who became a national icon on "The Partridge Family." He died at the age of 67 from organ failure stemming from his ongoing battle with dementia.
"The show centered around a widow and her five children who traveled the country in a psychedelically-painted school bus. It ran from 1970-74, providing a feel-good, family show as the country struggled to find its footing after the tumultuous 1960s," according to CBS.
Cassidy's words are a great reminder to all of us. Our time on this earth is so short. We need to make sure we live each day with a heart of gratitude and never forget to show our love and kindness to as many people as possible.
