Chris Rock’s rep has denied rumors that he apologized to Jada and Will Smith.

The LAPD issued a statement saying that Rock appeared to have denied that Smith was being charged after the slap.
The statement stated that LAPD investigators are aware of an incident between two individuals in the Academy Awards program. “The incident involved a single person slapping another. The person involved has declined to file an investigative report. LAPD will complete an investigative report if the concerned party requests one at a later time.
People believe Smith should have been removed after Rock attacked.
