Chick-fil-A is known as a company with a heart. The company was started by evangelical Christians and is still closed on Sundays to honor the Sabbath. However, any company is really made up of many, many individuals who work there.
A lady in Texas had an experience that is amazing. As reported by CBN News, Lindsey Jones was on a trip with her family when stopped for lunch at the Chick-fil-A restaurant in Lubbock, Texas.
Three hours later on the road — and in Abilene, a long way from that Chick-fil-A — she discovered she had lost her purse. She explained happened next in a Facebook post.
In thinking about where she could have lost it, she decided to try calling the Chick-fil-A where they had had lunch. She called and talked with a very nice lady, Darcy, who reassured Lindsey that they had her purse. Afterward, Lindsey thought of everything she needed in that purse and called back and talked with a manager Casey.
It was what happened next that was so amazing. Casey took her purse and had Lindsey’s purse shipped to her via Federal Express priority overnight. The purse was heavy, so it was a good-sized bill.
When Lindsey called to arrange to pay for it, she was told it was already taken care of! This is true kindness and graciousness on the part of Casey and Darcy and Chick-fil-A.
When Lindsey answered the knock at the door the next morning, she got not only her purse but six coupon/gift cards for free food at Chick-fil-A — plus two friendly plush cows! To say she was amazed would be an incredible understatement.
In her own words, she said, “I cannot thank them enough for everything they did to help me get my purse back as quickly as possible! This situation completely restored my faith in humanity!”
“Not only was my purse found by good, honest people, but they also went above and beyond to help fix a problem that was 1000% my fault to begin with!” she continued. “So, thank you, thank you, thank you Darcy & Casey for being so awesome!!!”

While Chick-fil-A's policy is to not be open on Sundays, they do make exceptions for special circumstances. Here is one of them:
