Chick-fil-A, a popular American fast food chain recognized for “inventing the chicken sandwich” and upholding conservative Christian values, just received a great honor. According to Forbes, Chick-fil-A was named the top limited-service restaurant chain in the nation for the fourth year in a row.
The fast-food joint is favored over other competitors for their outstanding customer service and overall consumer satisfaction. A total of 23,000 consumers participated in the American Customer Satisfaction Index, which placed Chick-fil-A at the number one spot with 86 points on a 100-point scale.
Runner ups included Panera at 81 and Arby’s, Chipotle, Papa John’s, and Pizza Hut with 80 points each. Chains lower on the scale were Starbucks at 79, KFC with 78, Little Caesars at 77, and Taco Bell with 75 points.
“Despite some pushback against their values, Chick-fil-A has been named America’s favorite restaurant chain for the 4th year in a row,” Franklin Graham said bringing attention to the chain’s criticism over their Christian beliefs. “I’m not surprised! Congratulations Chick-fil-A!”
Other Christians also rejoiced with Graham over Chick-fil-A’s big news. See a few of their responses below:
