Swipe right! Ashton Kutcher, Ben Affleck, Adele and more stars have opened up about their experiences with online dating — but not every celeb has a swiping success story.

Kutcher, who was approached to invest in the online dating app, didn’t stop with just Tinder. “This is stuff that I do at home. He makes me go on all of these websites,” Kunis joked. “What’s the gay version of Tinder? Grindr! I’ve been on Grindr.”
While Kutcher’s interest in the world of online dating was strictly for professional purposes, Affleck’s was personal. After his split with Kutcher, he revealed that he was using Raya in October 2019. Lindsay Shookus six months prior.
“HA, you got me. I’m dating,” he tweeted at the time, using the attention to raise awareness for a cause near to his heart. “But let’s be serious for a moment and talk about something that is actually important. I have been in recovery over a year now and part of that has been helping others. The Midnight Mission is an incredible organization that helps those in need with housing, training, development and recovery.”
He suggested that the company match the donation. “Raya, you in?” he added.
The inauguration took place less than two years later. Gone Girl actor’s dating app use raised eyebrows once again after an alleged match’s TikTok went viral. “Thinking of the time I matched with Ben Affleck on Raya and thought it was fake so I unmatched him and he send me a video on Instagram,” actress Nivine JayCaptioned a May 2021 blog post, sharing a clip from Affleck’s message.
Adele admitted that she tried online dating in 2015, and she was open about it. The Biography. Sharon Stone, Lizzo Hannah Brown have all tested the virtual waters as well — but the former Bachelorette didn’t have much luck.
“I don’t know if you know this, but I was the Bachelorette. And I can’t get on Raya,” the Alabama native joked in a February 2020 Instagram Story. “I’ve been on the waiting list for months now … I’m done. Christian Mingle, here I am. I might not be allowed on Christian Mingle at this point, but Jesus still loves me.”
