An earlier this week, a judge granted sole physical and legal custody to James to his father. Andrew Glennon. The little one will move from Indiana to California to be with his father, 38.

She added: “If your road has not been perfect, but you’ve worked hard to become a better, more stable and caring person today, keep moving forward as I will. I’ll never stop fighting for my children who I love more than anything.”
According to court documents obtained by The Sun, the judge advised Glennon to “seek out and consider the mother’s opinion before making any major decisions relating to the child’s medical treatment, education and religion.”
The videographer, for his part, didn’t hold back when reacting to his win. “We endured the nightmare,” he told E! NewsWednesday. “Now we get to live the dream.”
The ruling ended the custody dispute that began in July 2019, when the Never too lateAuthor was arrested for domestic battery after allegedly wielding the machete at Glennon.
